Well. It wouldn’t be a Baldock Beer Festival without this stuff would it now ?? sparkling cherry flavoured brew that is smooth and refreshing. It hits the nose with black cherry aromas, and a hint of malt. Tastes, again, of black cherries, and strikes a delicious balance between tart and sweet.

Blanche de Bruxelles owes its natural cloudiness to the large percentage (40 %) of wheat that goes into its composition. The natural spice aromas of coriander and bitter orange peels are added during the brewing process. The brewing method, which includes infusion, is very slow.

The only beer brewed in Bruges; at the Haalve Maan Brewery. A golden blond ale with a rich froth and a fruity nose. Light spicy taste and hoppy character that finishes with bitter-dry notes. Dave’s mums favourite so don’t drink it all !

Pilsner in style. This is a blond, unfiltered, unpasteurized, hoppy and bitter beer that remains low in alcohol. Resulting in a straw blond, highly drinkable beer with plenty of flavor and character.
Vedett IPA offers an explosion of flavoursome bitterness that increases with intensity towards the finish. Fresh, fruity and floral notes give way to touches of caramel sweetness, while its superb, lingering aftertaste continues to tantalise the tastebuds long after. (say the brewers)

|8||Oud Beersel Faro||Lambic||6.5%||
Entry level Lambic. Produced by the adding candy sugar to a select blend of Oude Lambiek. The sugar is added months prior to packaging, allowing the yeast of our Lambic to slowly ferment the candy sugar until the Faro is no longer sweet.
|9||Erdinger hefe Weisse Hell||Wheat Beeer||5.3%||
Es wird mit feiner Hefe nach einem überlieferten Rezept und natürlich streng nach dem Bayrischen Reinheitsgebot gebraut. Drei bis vier Wochen dauert es, bis das Erdinger Weißbier mit feiner Hefe gereift ist. Zur Herstellung werden nur feinste Rohstoffe verwendet. Langjährige Erfahrung und ständige Qualitätskontrollen garantieren darüber hinaus den unverwechselbaren Geschmack.

Craft beer brewery in the Netherlands. This beer is a Saison style flaouvered with Juniper and spices. Slighty acidic on the platae with a clean aftertaste (apparently)
Dark Red Trappist Beer from the Westmalle Abbey. The flavour is rich and complex, herby and fruity with a fresh-bitter finish. It is a balanced beer with a soft feel in the mouth and a long, dry aftertaste
Unpasteurised pilsner style lager. Clean and refreshing on the palate and unlike the average lager you will find down the boozer. A festival classic.
